Retailer Hotel Support Program Overview
Naturally Independent Expo | November 13-14, 2026 Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, CA
To support independent natural product retailers’ and holistic practitioners’ participation in the 2026 Naturally Independent Expo, we are pleased to offer a limited Hotel Support Program for qualified attendees. Pre-approved retailers and practitioners who meet the outlined criteria will receive a reimbursement check up to $250 maximum covering the base cost of one hotel room night (plus applicable fees and taxes paid by the hotel guest) for the event. This exhibitor-funded travel reimbursement initiative is designed to encourage meaningful participation in our trade show and education sessions, and to maximize engagement with our exhibiting brand partners.
Eligibility & Requirements
Submit a completed Hotel Support Program Application ASAP but no later than Sept. 30, 2026.
Provide proof (such as a business card or license) of an active retail business in the natural products industry or a holistic healthcare practice.
Attend the Education Session programs on Friday, November 13, as well as the Welcome Reception/Booth Preview event inside the exhibit hall at 4 pm.
Attend the Trade Show exhibit hall during standard show hours on Saturday, November 15 and visit a minimum of 20 exhibitor booths at the show including certain designated show sponsors.
Share your participation in Naturally Independent Expo on Social Media prior to event.
Limit one room reimbursement per approved store or business entity.
Additional Details
Retailers are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel accommodations, including any taxes, resort fees, and incidental charges. Reimbursement checks will be mailed within 30 days of the show’s conclusion.
The reimbursement amount will not exceed the published nightly room rate at the host hotel(s) for standard accommodations, and maximum reimbursement is $250 regardless of the nightly room rate paid by participant.
Reimbursements are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the name and business on the approved application.
Hotel Reimbursement Program availability is limited and subject to pre-approval.
